Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy (14 Days) — MEIRA

We want you to love your MEIRA purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

1) Eligibility

To be eligible for a return/exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All tags/labels must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging (if available).

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

2) How to Request a Return/Exchange

To start a return/exchange, contact us within 14 days via:

Please include: order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if there is a defect or wrong item).

3) Shipping & Fees

  • If the return/exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, manufacturing defect), MEIRA covers shipping.

  • Otherwise, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

4) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds are issued via InstaPay transfer only. Customers will be asked to provide their InstaPay number/name to receive the refund.

5) Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size/color is unavailable, we can offer:

  • A different item, or

  • An InstaPay refund.

Damaged/Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
