Shipping Policy — MEIRA (Egypt Only)

We currently ship within Egypt only.

1) Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
During peak seasons or launches, processing may take slightly longer.

2) Delivery Time (Estimated)

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Alexandria & Delta: 2–4 business days

  • Other Governorates: 3–5 business days

3) Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location:

    • Cairo & Giza: 55 EGP

    • New Cities: 60 EGP

    • Alexandria: 70 EGP

    • Delta Governorates: 70 EGP
      (Beheira, Kafr El-Sheikh, Dakahlia, Qalyubia, Damietta, Monufia, Sharqia, Gharbia)

    • Canal Cities: 75 EGP
      (Ismailia, Suez, Port Said)

    • North Upper Egypt: 85 EGP
      (Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut, Sohag)

    • South Upper Egypt: 90 EGP
      (Qena, Luxor, Aswan)

    • Border Governorates: 125 EGP
      (New Valley, Red Sea, North Coast, Marsa Matrouh)

    • Sinai:

      • South Sinai: 160 EGP

      • North Sinai: 180 EGP

4) Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • InstaPay (transfer upon delivery / when the courier arrives)

5) Order Tracking

If tracking is available, it will be shared with you via DM/WhatsApp/SMS once your order is shipped.

6) Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Address

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.
If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incorrect, the order may be delayed or returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
